Survey fee

The survey fee is determined based on the distance of the installation site from Dombóvár:

BASE FEE: 0–30 km: HUF 14,900
31–60 km: HUF 24,900
61–100 km: HUF 34,900
101–150 km: HUF 49,900
Over 150 km: custom quote
The survey fee will be credited

If, following the on-site survey, both the air conditioning unit and its installation are ordered from Bala-Vill Kft., the full fee for the on-site technical survey will be credited against the final order total.

This means that the survey does not represent an additional cost for customers who also have the installation carried out by us.

Choosing the right air conditioning unit alone does not guarantee proper installation. The purpose of the on-site technical survey is to determine the technical requirements of the installation, the necessary work and the expected final costs before installation begins.

During the survey, we do not provide a general estimate; instead, we assess the installation requirements based on the specific conditions of the site.

What does the on-site technical survey include?

During the survey, we check and discuss, among other things:

• the appropriate location of the indoor unit;
• the possible and technically suitable location of the outdoor unit;
• the planned route and expected length of the refrigerant piping;
• the possibility of safely draining condensate;
• the requirements for wall penetrations and other installation work;
• the existing electrical supply and any modifications required;
• the options for securing the outdoor unit;
• any additional installation work that may be required;
• other site-specific technical conditions relating to the installation.

Following the survey, a final quotation for the air conditioning unit and its installation can be prepared based on the defined technical scope.

How does the ordering process work?

1. Add the on-site survey to your basket.
2. Start the process with or without registration.
3. Enter your billing and delivery details.
4. Based on the town/city entered in the delivery details, the system calculates the call-out fee, which appears as the selectable Call-out option under Delivery options. The base call-out fee is HUF 14,900.
5. After placing the order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for the survey.
6. We carry out the necessary technical consultation and survey on site.
7. Based on the survey, we prepare the final installation quotation.
8. If you place an order, the full survey fee will be credited against the total cost of the air conditioning unit and installation.

Why is an on-site survey worthwhile?

Every building and every installation site is different. The actual installation cost is influenced by factors including the length of the piping, the location of the outdoor and indoor units, condensate drainage, the design of the electrical system and any additional work that may be required.

An on-site technical survey allows these factors to be clarified before installation begins, so the order can be placed based on a precise technical scope and a final price agreed in advance.
