Electrical technical condition assessment

Find out the true condition of the property’s electrical system.

A technical condition assessment is a detailed inspection aimed at identifying the condition, design, load capacity and any potential issues of the existing electrical system.

It can be particularly useful before purchasing a property, carrying out renovations or extensions, installing a new high-power consumer, or in the case of an older electrical system.

Depending on the required scope, the inspection may include, among other things:

  • review of the electrical supply and available capacity,
  • condition of distribution boards,
  • layout of wiring and circuits,
  • overcurrent protection devices,
  • RCD protection,
  • protective conductor system and protection against electric shock,
  • power supply to high-power consumers,
  • required instrument-based tests,
  • visible technical deficiencies and risks,
  • expected modernisation or expansion requirements.

The results of the condition assessment are documented, and where necessary, we provide recommendations for correcting the identified problems or for the technical design of the planned development.

This is not a quick “visual check”, but a technical starting point that allows well-founded decisions to be made about the continued use, modernisation or expansion of the electrical system.
